Why this firm exists.
Four Gatos Consulting was founded on a simple observation: most experience initiatives stall because they're never connected to how the business actually runs, and most automation initiatives stall because they're never connected to what the customer actually feels. Fifteen years inside Oracle, Sprinklr, and UiPath taught me how to close that gap — now I bring it directly to leaders in the CX or automation space.
Built inside the rooms this firm now advises.
I spent over 15 years as an enterprise pre-sales and solutions consulting leader at Oracle, Sprinklr, and UiPath — the last stretch spent as an AI/ML Specialist helping enterprise teams turn Generative AI, agentic workflows, and automation into funded strategy rather than a slide deck.
Before that, at Oracle, I built and led the company's global Design Thinking practice — the methodology, workshop frameworks, and field enablement programs that Oracle's sales and solution engineering organizations used to run journey mapping and transformation workshops with Fortune 500 clients, across both B2B and B2C.
Four Gatos Consulting exists because those two disciplines — experience-led workshops and AI/automation strategy — are usually run by different teams, on different timelines, with no shared artifact connecting them. I bring them into one engagement.
Design thinking is a discipline, not a slogan.
We treat empathy, mapping, ideation, and testing as a repeatable operating system — applied equally to customer experience and to internal process.
Empathize with evidence
We ground every workshop in real customer and frontline input — interviews, shadowing, and data — instead of assumptions from a conference room.
Map both sides
The customer's journey and the business's process are two views of the same system. We insist on mapping them together, not separately.
Ideate, then prioritize hard
Brainstorming is easy. We push every concept through a feasibility and impact filter before it earns a place on the roadmap.
Automate what deserves it
Agentic AI and automation are tools in service of the strategy — never the strategy itself.
